1009C. Liability to Employees of Independent Contractors
for Unsafe Conditions—Nondelegable Duty
[Name of plaintiff] claims that [he/she] was harmed while employed
by [name of plaintiff’s employer] and working on [name of
defendant]’s property because [name of defendant] breached a duty
to [him/her]. There is a duty that cannot be delegated to another
person arising from [insert statute or regulation establishing
