California Government Code 91003.5 - Discipline for Violations of Political Reform Act

As of August 1, 2010

Cal. Gov. Code Section 91003.5. Any person who violates a provision of Article 2 (commencing with Section 87200), 3 (commencing with Section 87300), or 4.5 (commencing with Section 87450) of Chapter 7 is subject to discipline by his or her agency, including dismissal, consistent with any applicable civil service or other personnel laws, regulations, and procedures.
